I am posting here the long exchange of letters during the 2008 campaign season between the City Clerk, her legal representative, and the lawyers for PGF/PGAF and the recall committee. I'm putting them here because they effectively frame the argument about Galt's campaign ordinance - does it apply to PACs? Are PACs subject to Galt's filing requirements and contribution limitation ordinance?
